The building area is about π80 square meters. The overall structure of the building presents a rhododendron, with the cent₽ral main structure in the shape of a flower bud, surrounded by nine petal s, forming a beautiful azalea, which is also like a lotus ↓emerging from the water.

It can be fully automatically raise∞d and lowered and the handrails can be folded. When it is lowered, ≤it can ensure the safety of pedestrians. After it isπ raised, the handrails can be folded down to raise the bridge to the top to the maxim↑um extent to avoid interference with ships on the river.
