Shanghai Tower Curtain Wall Opening System
Shanghai Tower is located in the Lujiazui functional area of Pudong, east to Don®gtai Road, south to Lujiazui Ring Road, west to Yi♣ncheng Middle Road, and north to Huayuanshiqiao Road. The tower covers an a∏rea of more than 30,000 square meters. Its architectural deφsign was completed by the American Gensler Architectural Design Firm. The main b§uilding structure is 580 meters high and the total height is 632 meteλrs. It is currently the tallest building built in China.
When the window cleaning machine of Shanghai Tower is workσing, the building needs to provide a certain opening space so that the ar m of the window cleaning machine can extend to the outside ofγ the building. At the same time, when the window c leaning machine returns to the inside of the building ↕and is not in working state, the appearance of the buil≈ding needs to maintain its integrity. For this reason, we 'designed a movable plate opening device.
The Shanghai Tower is divided into nine equipment areas, and a window cleaning ma₹chine is required to be placed outside the building from tσhe second to the eighth area. Considering that the building needs to provide♠ a certain opening space when the window cleaning machine is working so that the window cleaniβng machine arm can extend to the outside of the building, and when the window clαeaning machine returns to the inside of the building and is not in¥ working state, the building appearance needs to maintain integr✘ity. For this reason, a movable plate opening device is required to •be installed on the glass curtain wall of the building where the window cle≠aning machine comes out. When the window cleaning machine needs to work, the opening γdevice will retract the curtain wall into the building and m'ove it aside. After the window cleaning machine finish÷es working, the opening device needs to move the curtain wall to£ the closing point and restore the original appearance of the building.
