This project is located in the Locomotive Cultural Park and Xiangjiang River in ™Tianxin District, Changsha City. It is a supporting building for the p¶roject's living hall. The building area is about 80 square me♠ters. The overall structure of the building presents a rhododendron, with the central main structure in the shape of a flower bud, surrounded by nine petals, forming a beautiful↔ azalea, which is also like a lotus emerging from the water.

It can be fully automatically raised and lowered ✔and the handrails can be folded. When it is lowered, it can ensure theβ safety of pedestrians. After it is raised, the handrails can be folded down to raise the bridge& to the top to the maximum extent to avoid interference with ships γon the river.
