Yunhui Tiandi Open and Closed Roof

The Yunhui Tiandi open and closed rooftop project is located on Lanhua Road, Pudong New Districtφ, Shanghai. Yunhui Tiandi (formerly Lufa Plaza) will integrat♥e three boutique formats: commercial, office, and hoteφl. Backed by the Longyang Road hub where the maglev and rail transit are "four-line connected‌", it is expected to become a landmark quality lifeα commercial complex in the region. In terms of overall design, Yunhui Tiandi focuses on the fi ve major architectural features of "stacking stones, surrounding green, flowing water<, moving clouds, and gathering places", turning the entire commercia♦l complex into a humanistic leisure life and office place with an ecolog★ical concept.

Project equipment work content

Highlights of this project: The movable "dome" was designed and implemented b≠y our company and delivered through production and construction. When the weatheπr is cloudy, the dome is closed and used as the ceiling of the inner atriu'm. When the weather is sunny, it is opened to allow warm su<nlight to fill the atrium. The movable dome runs through the centeσr of the entire building, sweeping away the heavy o★ppression of reinforced concrete and bringing a smart and lightweight space exper∏ience!

The equipment mainly includes five parts: moving part, fixed part, membrane structure, tank₽ door part, and guide mechanism.

When the opening and closing roof is closed, the tank door is also closed; when it is opened,© the entire rectangular moving area moves eastward along the trac♠k. After moving 26 meters, there will be limit blocks and electric control systems, a nd the opening and closing roof is fully open. When the roof isγ fully opened, the internal space of the steel structure  of the moving area of ​​the equipment can be fully utilized by opening the tank door.
