The Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Finance Center project is located in the Tia→njin Economic and Technological Development Zone, with Guangda Street to the ¥north, No. 1 Avenue to the south, Guangchang Road to the east, and Xincheng West Road to the west. The e✘ntire site is L-shaped. The building covers a relatively la☆rge area, with a north-south length of about 185 meter¥s, a width of nearly 17 meters from east to west, and a total construction a≠rea of 390,000 square meters. The office tower has a construction area of about 252,000 s☆quare meters, and the podium has a construction area of aboutΩ 53,000 square meters. The tower has 100 floors, a roof height of about 471.∞15 meters, and a total building height of 530 meters. It integrates office, serviced apartments a♥nd hotels.
The 71st and 99th floors of the building are designed with movable opening c←urtain wall systems. Among them, the 71st floor ad♣opts a single-motor translational opening curtain wall system.
The building has 4 window cleaning machines installed on the 71st floor. Each window cleaning machine requires 5 openable curtain wall panels to work with it, distribu"ted at the four corners of the building. The opening panel size is: 1500m₽m (W) x 4580mm (H).
