Project construction overview
Qianhai Kerry T102-0261 project is located in Qianwan area of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooper'ation Zone, Shenzhen. The north side of the project site is Kerry P≈hase I project, which is separated from the site by Le Du J≈uan North 1st Street. The south side of the site is a park, the west side is Binhai Pa✘rk, and the east side is Kerry Phase II project, which is separated by Zijing Street. There are t£wo high-rise buildings on the project site. This project i•s Block B of Building 4 (Kerry T3) close to Binhai Park, with a total of 11 floors and a bui÷lding height of 58m.
Project equipment work content
The opening and closing roof of Qianhai Kerry T3, which our company is responsible for, ↕is about 30 meters long and 9 meters wide. The roof is opened and closed in the middle part of the top of the building, and the maximum opening area is about one-third of the total roof area. At the sa§me time, the opening and stopping position of the skylight can be arbitrarily controlled by th®e remote control. When open, it can ventilate, light, and breathe natural aiεr. Guests can enjoy the beauty of blue sky and white clouds while touring; when closed, it can block wind, rain, and light. The entire opening and closing ro₩of is a sealed structure. When closed in winter, it iso∏lates the outdoor cold air, and the indoor air conditioner can≠ be turned on to maintain the room temperature. It can provide guests with a health±y and peaceful place and enjoy wonderful fun all year round. The realization of the o↕pening and closing roof includes a power drive device, a frame structure, a↑ track and its support system, a control system and auxiliary safety facilities.
