The Huaxing New City super-high-rise electric glass blinds system∏ was jointly designed by our company and Foster+Partners. The b™ackground of this project comes from the problem that man♥y architects have always wanted to solve: Can high-rise bu÷ildings also be close to nature? When arranging green plants on the facade∑ of high-rise buildings, how can we ensure ventilation and ligh ting while avoiding the safety risk of high-rise green plants $falling? The electric glass blinds project in Shanghai Huaxing New City has passed mul×tiple rounds of tests, including wind resistance tests, des$tructive tests, and durability tests, to ensure that it can still e™nsure safety under a wind load of once in a hundred years, and can still open and clos↔e normally under a wind load of once in 50 years. Finally, it technically helped the arch≥itects realize the idea of ​​a high-altitude sky garden. The electric blinds use a hidden dr≈ive system, which is completely hidden, and the expφosed parts are only glass and stainless steel clamps. The sγpan of the electric glass blinds in each area is 3-4 floors, and the height is mor¶e than ten meters, so the entry and exit and up and down pos×itioning of the glass blinds during construction need to be very precisλe. Therefore, this system is pre-assembled in the facto÷ry and installed and positioned on site using high-precision tooling to ensur'e construction accuracy and reduce construction costs.

Main technical features:
■ All structures can meet the 50-year wind load requirements for super-high-ris∞e buildings;
■ Adopting hidden drive system, the appearance is simple and hig™h-end;
■ The driving motor adopts a silent motor, and the® noise during the shutter opening and closing process is less than 50 decibels;
■ The electric glass blinds can be tilted from 0 to 90↑ degrees and can be stopped at any angle.
